We ship Monday, Wednesday & Friday, and ship USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the U.S. This ensures that the product will arrive 2-5 days from the date of shipping. Our shipping cost averages out at $10 and we absorb that cost during the Pandemic.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Refunds / Only Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email with details of the defect and we will send you a shipping return address. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 3-5 days if we validate your finding of the defect and we will let you know if you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will happily replace the product and ship it to you USPS at no cost to you.
